1. Booking & Reservation

By booking a stay or activity at Dandeli Adventure Resort, you agree to comply with our reservation policies. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance payment. The guest who makes the booking is responsible for all associated charges and adherence to resort rules by all members of their party.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in: 100% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.
• No-shows are considered as cancellations with no refund.

3. Resort Rules & Conduct

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to respect our natural surroundings, we request you to follow these rules:

• Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Environment: Littering is strictly prohibited. We are a plastic-free zone.
• Safety: Follow all instructions provided by adventure guides and resort staff.
• Check-in: A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

4. Adventure Activities

Participation in adventure activities (rafting, ziplining, etc.) is at the guest's own risk. Guests must sign a waiver before participating. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone activities due to weather or safety concerns.

5. Liability

Dandeli Adventure Resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. We are also not liable for injuries sustained during activities if safety protocols were not followed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at the resort will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dandeli/Karnataka.
